We were thrilled to receive Kelly’s painting as a gift from her parents. It was the first original painting of the new temple that we know of, and it is stunning. We placed a copy of it on the missionary board in our stake offices, and it catches everyone’s eye and reminds us of the reason that we do what we do and are what we are. We’re having a tri-stake devotionsal with guest speakers President Oscar W. And sister Carol F. McConkie, and we are presenting them a framed print of this painting as a thank you gift. Thank you Kelly for your inspiration and talent to lift our hearts and help us focus on what is most important.
